Scarlet Arts presents our WGI Independent World Class Indoor Winds group, White Rose Winds. This group will be competing locally in WGASC and nationally in WGI. Comprised of a balanced number of both woodwinds and brass, we look to push the envelope of how indoor winds groups should be. Look for us in the SoCal region!
